Built in 1985 this well equipped and secure 3500 square foot hot rod shop is conveniently located one mile off Interstate 95 on the Rhode Island / Connecticut line.

Every car we build is different. Our fully adjustable chassis jig allows precise placement of engine, wheelbase, body, and front suspension in various configurations allowing quick and accurate set ups.

 

Laser Alignment

Laser Alignment

Our Laser alignment equipment allows us to precisely set up any chassis, or identify bent or improperly built components.

Races are won and lost at the shop. Spending the proper time setting up the chassis always pays off. Not doing so will always lead to disappointments at the track.

Our TM Technology power hammers are a big time saver when shaping custom sheet metal panels. The homemade helve hammer (on right) is powerful enough to straighten a car bumper.

Power Feed Mill and P5 Pullmaz

Power Feed Mill for One Off Parts and Shop Tooling

The two horsepower power feed mill gets a lot of use making one off parts and shop tooling.

The P 5 Pullmax (on the left) will quickly shrink sheet metal and can be tooled to form many various shapes.

English wheel, used to shape compound curves in metal. Fenders, roofs, doors, quarter panels, hoods, scoops, and custom parts are created with the help of this equipment.

Custom roll cages are designed and bent to properly fit your body style and are available in DOM mild steel or 4130 chrome moly. No ill fitting kits used!

Low profile oval exhaust systems up to 5" Dia. are fabricated to solve ground clearance problems on the low boys.

Assembly Room for Engines & Driveline Components

The assembly room is where all our engines and driveline components are built. This is a separate room from the rest of the shop to keep dust and dirt from contaminating new assemblies.

Engines in various stages of assembly are stored under plastic to provide an extra layer of protection and cleanliness.

Ken has over 25 years experience setting up ring and pinions. With narrowing jigs and gear indicators, he is completely tooled to get the job done the right way.

 

Twin Post Lift

Twin Post Lift & Drive-on Lifts

The twin post lift is handy for removing bodies from their chassis. This 34 is on it's way apart for paint.

Drive on Lift

We use the drive on lift for the rods that can't be scratched by lift arms.

We also do our race car scaling and chassis tuning on this level area.
